YPZG Pressurized Spray Drying Machine is an advanced piece of equipment capable of achieving both drying and granulation simultaneously. It allows for the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, feed pump flow rate, and nozzle size to produce spherical particles in desired size ratios. This flexibility makes it highly effective in handling diverse materials across multiple industries.
During operation, the YPZG feeds the solution through a diaphragm pump at high pressure, producing fine droplets that mix with hot air and descend concurrently. The majority of the powder particles are collected from the bottom outlet of the drying tower, while exhaust air and fine powders are separated by a cyclone separator. Exhaust gases are expelled via a fan, and powders are gathered in a receptacle attached to the lower end of the cyclone separator. An optional secondary dust removal system can be installed at the fan outlet, ensuring a recovery rate of between 96-98%.
The YPZG Pressurized Spray Drying Machine excels in its ability to handle various processes, including spray drying, granulation, cooling granulation, crystallization, concentration, and reaction processes. This makes it an invaluable asset for manufacturers seeking precision and efficiency in their production lines. Its capability to process a wide range of materials—from chemicals to food, pharmaceuticals, and ceramics—makes it a versatile and essential piece of equipment in many industrial settings.
